Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount at JulesAntique. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 90 days of receiving your order. After this period, we, unfortunately, cannot accept refund requests. For eligible returns within the 90-day window, we will issue a refund equivalent to 70% of the total bill to cover incurred shipping fees and operating expenses. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
